Hello and welcome to Docheche Thai Kitchen!

“Docheche” means “thank you” in Tibetan.

Founded in 1996, Docheche is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026.

Our story began with travel.
Through our journeys, we met many people, discovered different cultures, and enjoyed unforgettable food. Those experiences inspired Docheche and continue to be part of who we are today.

We serve Thai dishes made with fresh ingredients, including locally grown vegetables and herbs from Okayama whenever possible.

If you enjoy spicy food, please let us know.
We can adjust the spice level for some dishes.
